Normality

Welcome to Neutropolis! I don't want to go into too much detail, so here's the deal. Something strange has been happening. Ever since one of the city's twin leaders was blown to bits, 30 years ago, a thick smog descended on the city. The population has stagnated, their ideas drying up like a fish in the sun. Anything remotely fun is stamped out by the Norm Troopers, who hold the city in a firm, grey grip. Nothing interesting happens here, ever.
You're Kent, a young slacker whose apathy and lack of hygiene know no bounds. Some say that you're a dreamer, but, as far as you know, you are the only one. You've been imprisoned in your bedsit for a week of observation by the Norm Troopers (that'll teach you to whistle) and you're just not going to take it any more.
